Dr. Hui has recently led an interdisciplinary team to evaluate a pilot scheme on On-Site Pre-School Rehabilitation Services (OPRS) which was a new scheme to provide early intervention services to young children with special needs from 2016-2018. The positive impacts on child outcomes have provided strong evidence to regularize the service from 2018.
