To understand how internal factors are interrelated in the process of positive development, I am interested in the dispositional correlates of well-being, in the transition from late adolescence to early adulthood. I am also interested in incorporating the disposition of transcendence to shed light on the psychological mechanisms that give rise to future flourishing in general populations.

My interests are in subjective well-being, family well-being, and positive psychology. Specifically, my research focuses on the unique well-being model of East Asian people or people who live in the collectivist cultures.
