The Discipline of Crime Science comprises of local and world-leading scholars with teaching and research expertise spanning across several subject areas with academic interests in anthropology, animal protection, bullying, cybercrime, crime prevention, drugs addiction, juvenile delinquency, family studies, forensic psychology, green criminology, migration, policing, offender rehabilitation, sex workers, youth problems, restorative justice and women studies. You will be equipped with broad knowledge of criminology and sociology; and with professional competence to conduct scientific research to solve problems at the local, national and international levels, with a particular interest in exploring process of socialization, paths to deviance, cultural diversity, promoting a non-discriminative society, and maintaining a crime-free community in the world.
