Over 40 newly arrived adolescents from the mainland visited us on 17 July 2025. Professor Nancy Yu and Professor Xijing Wang offered them introductions to our psychology courses, and Ms. Eudora Chan shared with them various student activities organized by our department. They participated in psychology-related activities (e.g., a Stroop test and memory chain), a gallery exhibition, and low-carbon energy education, among other activities. Three psychology undergraduates (Prabin Thapa, Qinghao Jin, and Wai Nam Lau), who are also interns at the International Social Service Hong Kong Branch, hosted these activities, aiming to cultivate an interest in psychology among future generations. They encouraged these adolescents by saying, “We hope to see you next time, not as a visitor, but as a proud psychology student of CityUHK!”
